Flying over Midsomer Isle complex

Midsomer Isle

I find flying over the SIMs of Second Life relaxing. I always had dreams of flying as a child.

Many people have commented to me that they start out flying a lot, but end up standing around. What I have seen in Second Life confirms that. Flying is so liberating, many "newbies" like to wear wings. But as people establish communities they probably want to stand around and talk, dance, or have sex with a set group of friends.

I guess since I have turned Second Life in to a place of exploration more than social behaviour, I think I am still interested in flying. It enables me to see the big picture.
