IBM provides a high power if slightly policed Sandbox. If you want to build some sex balls you will want to go somewhere else. But as Sandboxes go you can see state of the art stuff here. IBM is a major presence in SL and they seem to not be going anywhere. Microsoft tried with a small island but I have not been there for years.
