Flowers and realism, or lack there of

Isla Menorca

One issue I have with designs in Second Life is the tendency, in so much landscape design, to use the same bunch of flowers, trees, grasses or other elements over and over again. Certainly it saves on download and can reduce Lag, but I think the brain picks up on the fact that there are really only two bundles of flowers in the above image; and this causes us to reject the space we find ourselves in.

About Me

My Photo
I have really strong opinions about silly things that I can validate using the strongest social theory, like why you should not watch Sex in the City or how the Simpsons promotes democracy.
