Since LL has introduced Xrate lands vs. Clean lands the sex open lands have gotten much more dirty as sex themed SIMs are forced on top of each other and have to compete for attention, and people will always prefer sexual free content. Just like when Flickr introduced its filter system the overall impact is that the social space becomes more and more explicit rather than less.
