I don't really understand the attraction of the Gor identity, but it is a pretty solid part of Second Life. Gor is a fantasy alternative Earth full of lots of domination and macho stuff. Ideal role play. But as a professional dominate once told me over beers: "it can't help your real life sex play."

Gor is the ultimately NOT, the ultimate imagined fantasy that can not be real. There is some outside chance of a Star Trek like future, but Gor never did and never will exist. It is a place in fantasy and fantasy alone.
