Strange and Wonderful in Second Life

Just as some people spend a great deal of time building realism in Second Life, this structure shows that many people just let their imaginations go wild and build things truly out of this world.

The mixture of genres, or realism and surrealism, sometimes is wonderful, and sometimes makes for a confused mess. Trekking across Second Life it strikes me as a suburbs of dream structures, as if you could wonder through people's heads at night and take a look in one after the other. The clash of different visions in much the same space makes a trek in Second Life very different than anything in RL.
